What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free lets you rank the 11 signals, see your top 5 markets per state with every signal and confidence filtering, and get the monthly email — no signup. Pro unlocks every US ZIP code (30,000+ locations), month-over-month trending, prior-month history, and confidence filtering across all locations. The Property Standouts cards (top cash-flow and top appreciation asset type for a location) appear on expanded rows in both tiers.
What's the difference between Pro and the Research Pass?+
Both give identical full access. Pro is $49/month and renews automatically — best if you want ongoing monthly market intelligence. The Research Pass is a one-time $99 payment for exactly 3 months of access with no renewal — best if you have a defined buying window and don't want a recurring charge.
How does billing and renewal work?+
Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. The price is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. If we ever change the price, the new rate applies only to a future billing period and we'll notify you first. The Research Pass is a single charge that does not renew.
How does cancellation work?+
Cancel any time from your account settings (powered by Stripe). You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period, then automatically move to Free. No phone calls, no forms, no friction.
Do you offer refunds?+
If Abunsh wasn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you. After 7 days, billing is non-refundable — but you can cancel any time to stop future charges.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe — Abunsh never sees or stores your card number. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Do I need to create an account?+
Not for Free — it works with no signup at all. For Pro or the Research Pass you sign in with a one-time magic link emailed to you (from noreply@abunsh.com) — there's no password to create or remember.
Where does the data come from, and how often is it updated?+
Scores are built from leading supply-and-demand signals aggregated from public and commercial real-estate data sources, cross-checked where possible, and normalized into national percentiles. Data updates monthly. Full detail is on our Methodology page.
Is Abunsh investment advice?+
No. Abunsh is a data and analytics tool — not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The Demand Score is a ranking based on the signals you choose to weight, and Property Standouts describe past recorded sales; neither is a recommendation to buy or sell.
